Membership is month-to-month — cancel anytime. Prices cover clinical care at this practice; prescription medications are filled at a licensed pharmacy of your choice and billed by the pharmacy, often through your insurance drug benefit even though visits here are direct-pay (generic estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone are inexpensive). Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate after evaluation by a licensed clinician; starting care is not a guarantee of any prescription. A charted medical diagnosis typically makes visits HSA/FSA-eligible, and PPO superbills are provided on request. A Good Faith Estimate is provided before every scheduled service. We are not enrolled in Medicare or Medi-Cal and are unable to treat members of those programs.
Questions

About paying for care.

Why cash-pay for menopause care?

Because the alternative is a 15-minute in-network slot after a three-month wait. Direct pay buys unhurried visits, actual follow-up, and a clinician who answers messages — with pricing you can see before you ever call. Many patients still use insurance where it works well: at the pharmacy and the lab.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Generally yes for medical care with a charted diagnosis, which describes most of what we do. Your plan's rules govern; we provide documentation.

What's the total first-year cost?

Consultation plus membership and labs — all listed above, so you can add it yourself before booking. We'll also give you a written Good Faith Estimate before any scheduled service.
